In France, personal data is protected by law no. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, law no. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

 

The site is exempt from declaration to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL) insofar as it does not collect any data concerning users.

 

Only membership and donations to our association give rise to the collection of data in accordance with the procedures defined in our internal regulations. 

 

Therefore, members and donors have the right to access, rectify and delete their data by contacting our Data Protection Officer at contact@ilaad.org.
