ILAAD, in collaboration with JusticiaXLibertad, has filed a complaint with the WGAD against Venezuela on behalf of Arlei Danilo Espitia Lara, still detained incommunicado.

ILAAD filed an urgent complaint with the GTDA on behalf of Mr. SAFARI BISHORI, who was held incommunicado for more than 216 days and sentenced to death by a military court in violation of international guarantees relating to the right to a fair trial.
